Get out a small baking dish for baby's portion of food. Prepare the fajita oil, omitting the salt, chili powder, and half the smoked paprika. Place 1-2 tsp of fajita oil in baby's dish. Add the salt, chili powder, and the rest of the smoked paprika to the fajita oil to use for the family's meal. Prepare the chicken, onion, and peppers as directed. Place a small amount of chicken, onion, and peppers in baby's baking dish and turn to coat with the oil. Bake as directed. Add in black beans and lime juice when directed.
