Snowman Bagel
A fluffy bagel turns into a jolly snowman with cream cheese “snow,” coconut flakes, and a carrot nose for the quickest festive snack ever.

Ingredients
½
a bagel or english muffin
2
tablespoon
cream cheese
1
tablespoon
unsweetened coconut flakes
1
carrot
there will be leftover carrot

raisins
Instructions
Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bagel.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Cut 2 inches off the pointy tip of the carrot. Place in the bagel hole for the nose.
Cut coins from the carrot and place on the bagel for cheeks.
Grate strips of the carrot and create a hat.
Press the raisins in to create eyes and a mouth.
Cut the remaining carrot into sticks and serve alongside the snowman bagel.

BAGEL: You can use any type of bagel that your child enjoys.
