Instructions
Choose chicken thighs instead of chicken breast to double the iron content, a nutrient that's critical for babies.
Skip the salt in the marinade - you can salt the adult section before baking.
Set aside one section of the pan for baby's meal.
Place a small baking pan or tin foil over the baby's section to trap in the moisture to keep the food soft and squishable.
For 6 months +
Cut the veggies in adult finger-sized pieces.
For 10 months +
Cut the veggies in small blueberry-sized pieces (or keep to the 6 months + size)
