Terms of Service/Use

The course, Start Solids Confidently and its videos, documents and other associated content (hereinafter inclusively referred to as “course”) has been produced by Happy Healthy Eaters.  When you purchase our course, you agree to these Terms of Service/Use.

By reviewing this information and proceeding with the content – you consent that you have read and agreed to our disclaimer, disclosure, and copyright agreement.

This course is for informational and educational purposes only and does not replace medical or mental health advice. This course was created as a guideline to help you transition your baby onto solid food. The information in our course is by no means completely exhaustive and therefore does not apply to all infants. Happy Healthy Eaters recommends all caregivers, parents and those supervising the provision of solid food to an infant take a course or be certified in first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) which is a lifesaving technique useful in many emergencies including choking.

By purchasing this course, Happy Healthy Eaters grants you a nonexclusive and nontransferable access to our copyrighted course and any associated materials solely for your own personal and non-commercial use.

By accessing this course, you release from liability and waive your right to sue Happy Healthy Eaters, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents (collectively “District”) from any and all claims, including claims of the District’s negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss which may result from participation or use of this information, or any events incidental to this information.
