The recipes in this ebook are our absolute faves (I eat them too!) They are so easy and delicious. In particular, we love the egg muffins, tuna cakes, and lentil fritters! Yum yum!! I feel confident serving these recipes to my daughter because I know Nita and Jess are experts in the field of infant nutrition!

I haven’t found a recipe in this book yet my little one doesn’t love. They are so easy to make and freeze (the yields are great!) to pull out when needed, and the whole food options are yummy for you to enjoy as a family. Such a big variety in types of food and texture, I’m so pleased!

I have a 8 month old and I love this book! This and the e-resources made me feel so relaxed when starting solids. The recipes are easy, ingredients easy to come by and my babe has loved most of what we have made. He didn’t like the shrimp cakes the first time we served them, but they were so yummy my husband and I ate them for dinner and he liked them the next time around. I’ve tried almost all the recipes and by far it’s the most used cook-book I’ve ever owned-thanks ❤️ My momma friends have said they don’t want to do batch baby cooking cause what if there is all that effort and baby doesn’t like it-but the recipes in this book are so yummy if your babe doesn’t like you can eat them! And they are easy to whip up.

Wow.. that’s a huge honour that this is the most used cook-book you’ve ever owned! And yes, we did aim to make recipes that the whole family could enjoy together! Glad we hit the mark 🙂

I agree with all of the other reviews. This cookbook is incredible and my go to for all my little one’s meals! You can tell that so much thought has been put into the book in regards to making sure baby gets the nutrients they need as well as making the recipes easy and quick for parents!

Pretty good, I’m surprised by all the gluten especially from 2 dietician but most recipes are adaptable. Overall some nice recipe ideas.

This is my go-to recipe guide for introducing solids to babies. I’ve used it twice now and it has been a life-saver as a mom of three kids, who are four and under!

I appreciated so much how many of recipes included a source of vitamin C and extra iron. I also love how recipes can be frozen! Makes life so much easier when I can pull something out and know it is high in iron and contains vitamin C for enhanced absorption. Plus, it’s super helpful how many of your recipes share the same ingredients, so I’m able to prep and cook different recipes at the same time! It really helps simplify the process when I have other mouths to feed too. I recommend it to all my friends since it makes the process so much easier!
    Thanks so much!
