Hello! I'm not sure how I would feed this to my 6 month old. I doubt that it would stay on a pre-loaded spoon (maybe I'm wrong!) and without pincher grasp I don't see how he would be able to feed himself. Am I missing something?? TIA!
This recipe is just a starting point! You can adapt it further to meet your baby where he is developmentally. For example, you could mash it up further to create the right texture or add an egg when cooking to bind it together so that he could pick it up easier! (keeping in mind that both tuna and eggs are top priority allergens)
Aahh I see. Okay that makes sense. Thanks! Yes, we're good with egg but looking to introduce tuna so thought this might be nice.
Such a fun recipe and it's SO easy. Also, love that it's a tuna type of casserole that is light and different from those with pasta.
Yes, we love how accessible tuna is!
I love this recipe for introducing tuna to baby!
