Baby Friendly Creamy Pumpkin Spaghetti
- Make the sauce as directed. Choose a low sodium chicken broth.
- When choosing a pasta, choose a shape that works well for your baby's age and ability (if you're not sure about that, our e-course Start Solids Confidently covers starting and progressing your baby on pasta!). Bonus points for choosing a higher iron pasta, such as one made with chickpeas.
- When plating the dishes, skip the parmesan cheese for baby!
