If you haven’t heard the news yet…..
You can feed your baby the foods that you and your family are eating!
We’re all about trying to make life easier for sleep-deprived parents and not having to make dedicated food for your baby is one way to simplify things.
Today we’re adapting Courtney’s recipe from Neighbor Food for Slow Cooker Shredded Beef to be a bit more baby friendly.
We say “a bit more” because there’s not too much to adapt!
In this recipe, you’ll just want to omit the salt.
Seriously, it’s THAT easy, friends!
Using the slow cooker to cook meats is a great way to ensure they’re nice and soft and tender for your baby to eat.

This recipe is suitable for babies who are 6 months or older.
What About The Rest of the Family?
Wondering how to serve this beef for the rest of the family? Courtney has some delicious suggestions on her site such as beef enchiladas, beef ramen stirfry, or sliders, simply serving them on some egg noodles. This recipe makes a lot so you can also freeze it for future meals! Or you can plan to enjoy it in a variety of ways over the course of a few days.
Pro tip: since the salt is left out to make it baby friendly, the older family members will likely want to sprinkle a little salt onto their own beef!
