Question - how come the chili powder needs to be left out of the baby's portion? Thanks!
Two reasons: 1) usually chili powder has salt in it and we want to keep things low-salt for baby 2) especially for babies who like to rub their eyes, if they have "spicy" spices on their hands, this can be painful. We go through how to offer spices/salt thoroughly in the e-course! 🙂
Thank you for all the great adaptations for babies!
